Ceramic window tint for heat rejection here in Texas?! Trust us, you're going to want it.
Window tint used to be primarily for privacy, and you typically see older tint turn purple, peel or bubble. Tint technology has come a long way since then with ceramic tints being made for extreme heat rejection and UV protection. We use XPEL Prime with a lifetime nationwide transferable warranty and I wanted to share why we love these nano-ceramic tints so much.
The main benefits of XPEL ceramic window tints are:
We offer two lines of film from XPEL. The XR Black line of film which has up to 88% IR heat rejection in all shades, and the XR PLUS line of film with up to 98% IR heat rejection in all shades. This means that even if you get a tint with a lighter shade like 70% or 30% you will still get the heat rejection. No more getting dark tint you can't see out of to try and keep the car cool inside (unless you want a darker shade).
Does it really prtoect from UV rays? Yes! Both lines of film have 99% UVA and UVB ray protection so they will protect your interior from fading as well as your skin. XPEL Prime tints are recommended by the skin cancer foundation so you don't have to worry about harmful UV rays.
I hope this helps answer some questions about ceramic tint for y'all!
